On March 16, 2024, the Foundation celebrated our 20th Anniversary with the Green & Gold Gala. The event successfully hosted over 300 people supporting our mission to help families undergoing pediatric cancer diagnosis. Our fundraising event broke several records, the number one being funds raised. Our guests enjoyed the talents from 1440 Events Design, converting our space into a beautiful casino atmosphere where Blackjack, Poker, Craps, and Roulette gaming were all the vibe. There was a separate “High Roller Lounge” where VIP guests had private gaming tables, upscale liquor, and other amenities, including a “Swag Bag.”
Our guest speaker/camper, 15-year-old Benjamin, gave an emotional talk, sharing with us how courageous and mature he is and how he has been coping with his cancer. Benjamin shared that music and golf were two activities that aided in his journey, but the most favorable and rewarding were his time spent at camp and the many friends he made while attending.
